Our story began seven years ago when the company's founder, Volodymyr Siletsky, developed the first dust collector for a local nail master. Since then, we have come a long way, transforming from a small mini-production to a globally recognized brand with developed production and a network of distributors.
Over the years of fruitful work, we have achieved many important milestones. By 2018, we already had our production space of 100 m² and a team of 10 employees. The first international contract and exhibition in Ukraine highlighted our ambition and potential. With each year, we grew: by 2021, our staff increased to 32 employees, and the production area expanded to 800 m². Our achievements in 2022 and 2023, when we were presented at international exhibitions, expanded the geography of sales, received awards from Nail Pro and Choice of the Year, confirm our global presence and competitiveness.

Today, ÜLKA is a company that manufactures thousands of units of products monthly for beauty masters. We specialize in dust collectors for manicures, hot air sterilizers, stands, and armrests for the beauty industry.
Our dust collectors win the hearts of manicure masters worldwide, among the brand's fans are Jenny BuI - a nail master for singer Kadri B, as well as Britney Tokyo - a master for socialite Paris Hilton, actress Priyanka Chopra, and singer Kim Petras.
